About
Our aim is to create spaces that enable change through compassionate, skilled support. We are a specialist service for people affected by pregnancy-related distress or loss, those who have experienced baby loss, and parents who no longer have care of their children.
Our perinatal support groups are designed for parents who need a safe space to talk during pregnancy or early parenthood. Our NeoBuddies group offers dedicated support for parents whose baby has spent time in neonatal intensive care.
We often feel alone at difficult times in our lives. We may carry feelings that are hard to untangle or speak about openly. For some, this can lead to anxiety that begins to affect everyday life.
When someone really listens – without judging or telling us what to do- we feel less alone. Our Listening Rooms offer a calm, confidential space where people can take time to talk things through.
We provide real care, enabling you to tell your story, and how this impacts your life.
Our support builds strength to cope with everyday life, to identify needs and set goals for the future.
In 2024 we celebrated 30 years of experience in offering this unique, specialist service in Dundee and support over 400 individuals each year through group and one to one support. Our service is available to anyone living in Tayside.
Your voice
It was really important to have a space where I could just discuss my feelings without any judgement and try to understand better how I can cope with those thoughts and feelings and that’s exactly what I got.
