We often feel alone at difficult times in our lives. We can face feelings which are difficult to unravel and are often hidden or secret. For some, this can become a feeling of anxiety which can interfere with normal life.

When someone really listens without judging or telling us what to do, we feel less alone. Our Listening Rooms are a place where people can take time to talk things through.

We provide real care, enabling you to tell your story and begin to make sense of losses, trauma or relationships.

Our support builds strength to cope with everyday life, to identify needs and set goals for the future.

We have 28 years of experience in offering this unique, specialist service in Dundee and support over 200 individuals each year through group and one to one support. Our service is available to anyone living in Tayside.

REFLECT is our one to one counselling service for anyone facing a pregnancy related issue or loss.

DOWNLOAD provides listening support for young people with a problem or issue they would like to talk through.

My counsellor was very supportive and understanding. I can’t express how much support she gave me.
