We understand that your information is personal to you, and both within our services and around our website, we will keep your data safe and secure.
What information do we keep?
When you sign a support agreement with us we have your name, address, date of birth, and an email or contact telephone number.
We also take you GP details and an emergency contact. This is so that if we are concerned you are at risk of harm to yourself or someone else we can do our best to keep you safe.
We also take brief notes which are a record of what happens during each session.
Who do we share your information with?
We do not share your information with anyone unless we are concerned that you are at risk of harm to yourself or another person. We would have to pass on concerns if this was the case to the services who protect you. We will never pass on information without telling you first.
What do we do with your information?
We understand that this information is personal to you.
Alternatives will take every precaution to ensure that your information is kept safe. All our client information is kept on Bacpac, a secure hosting platform run by Mayden.

How long are your details kept?
Client details are destroyed securely after seven years. Details of young people (under 18 years) are kept for 7 years after they turn 18.
