Feeling overwhelmed, tense or disconnected?

Calm Body Calm Mind is a new wellbeing community based in our Dundee city centre rooms.

These gentle evening workshops offer a safe and supportive space for people who have experienced pregnancy loss, or who no longer have care of their child and would welcome additional support.

This is a holistic and compassionate space where you will be met with understanding and care. There are no expectations and no pressure to share- just support at your own pace.

A calmer body. A calmer mind.

These workshops can be accessed before you feel ready for counselling, alongside counselling, or after your counselling has ended.
